Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposits
All appointments must be booked through alliemoss.glossgenius.com.
No DMs, texts, or calls. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and goes toward your total. Deposits can’t be transferred or moved.
Deposit is forfeited if:
• Canceling within 24 hrs
• No-show or 15+ mins late
• Rescheduling outside policy
• Changing services last minute
Refunds
No refunds. Fixes or adjustments may be offered within 7 days (fees may apply).
Cancellations
Canceling within 24 hrs = 50% fee + loss of deposit.
Emergencies reviewed case by case.
Late Policy
Arrive on time! 15+ mins late = cancellation & lost deposit
